ZAG is proud to host Benjamin Jay Thomas!

Benjamin Jay Thomas is a West Coast US-based singer/songwriter and spiritual teacher creating music and experiences to remind you why you’re on this planet. His “guided concert” format melds together storytelling, performance, poetry, mindfulness, breathing, and a bit of communal singing into an experience that gives participants space to breathe, be and connect.

His current guided concert comprised mostly of songs from his 2023 album, “Mantrasongs For Starting Over” is a collection of intention-based songs inspired by themes found in Fr. Richard Rohr's book, "Breathing Underwater: Spirituality and the Twelve Steps." This collection of simple, intention-based 'mantrasongs' serves as the soundtrack to our everyday journey of letting go and starting anew.
